Baseball NZ’s Strategic Plan for 2024 – 2026 emphasizes the importance of both community and performance coach development. Coaching plays a crucial role in the National Pathway, and Baseball NZ is committed to providing excellent development opportunities for our accelerant and performance coaches, who in turn help to cultivate outstanding baseball athletes.

To develop exceptional performance coaches capable of training elite baseball players, we must establish a robust coach development framework and offer opportunities that challenge, nurture, and support our performance coaches.
