The NZBCA is supported by a dedicated voluntary committee made up of passionate baseball coaches and leaders from across New Zealand. This group works collaboratively to guide the alliance’s goals, oversee key initiatives, and ensure members receive meaningful support and development opportunities. Their commitment, time, and expertise play an essential role in strengthening the coaching community and advancing the growth of baseball throughout the country.
Committee members agree to serve a 12 month volunteer role. NZBCA will open up positions for new committee members annually.
